UEFA Euro 2008

The 2008 UEFA European Football Championship will take place in Austria and Switzerland, from 7 June to 29 June 2008. 16 teams will take part in the tournament, while the two hosting countries qualify automatically. The rest of the 14 teams that will participate in Euro 2008 will be determined through a series of matches that started in August 2006, each playing home and away.  The winners and runners-up from each group will qualify for the finals. Bellow you'll find a list of the seven qualifying groups drawn in Montreux, Switzerland on 27 January 2006.
